Ternura Radical – 2019

The truth of listening is that it crosses even the toughest borders. She breathes, grounds herself, lets herself be flooded by everything that surrounds her and finds that all the doors were already permeated, that everything was always leaking. Those days we were soil, rock, sand and mud. Those days we were attentive to listening, to the leakages of life*This short video was made as part of the documentation of my master’s research. Made in collaboration with the Dance Collective +31/20 in this process I found the availability, vulnerability and anger that is shared. A rage that when listening to it, became a caress. A caress that upon hearing it became a dance.
